Enthalpy Lab

ATTENTION CHEMISTRY STUDENTS
ΔHmet = ΔHcal + ΔHwat

All trials for the enthalpy lab need to be completed by the end of the day on Friday 2/11.  You can come in before school, after school or during study halls (if OK'd by me) to complete your trials if you aren't able to get 3 different metals within 10% error during class.  Keep careful track of all your data as your lab reports will be due on Monday 2/21.

Marsh Tower Physics

On Friday, the Physics class took a field trip to the Sheboygan Marsh to take measurements of objects dropped from the top of the Marsh Tower.  It was chilly and windy, but well worth the temporary numbness.

Study Sessions

Beginning tomorrow, there will be scheduled weekly study sessions for physics and chemistry students who want some extra help.  The schedule is as follows:

Friday Morning Physics
Every Friday before school from 6:45am - 7:45am (coffee and doughnuts are not frowned upon). The focus will be physics, but if time permits other students can get help as well.

Chemistry Wednesday
Every Wednesday after school from 3:00pm - 4:00pm.  The focus will be chemistry, but other students are certainly welcome after chemistry concerns are met.
